Health and Wellness Coach Maria

At Healthy Lifestyle, I understand how personal health journeys can be, and the challenges that come with them. As a registered nurse, I began my own healthy journey after a breast cancer diagnosis at a young age. I’m passionate about helping others, just like me, who want to improve their overall health and wellbeing and feel joy and vitality in all they do. My approach is centered around guiding clients in developing their lifestyle goals, including areas such as stress, sleep, movement, and nutrition, to create sustainable and long-lasting habits that promote wellness. Let's work together to achieve your health goals.

I was trained at the Institute of Functional Medicine at The Cleveland Clinic, FMCA (Functional Medicine Coaching Academy). I believe the knowledge and resources they given me have prepared me to walk along side you during your journey to health, wellness and joy!

We understand that making positive lifestyle changes can be difficult, which is why we offer personalized coaching and support to help you every step of the way. Take the first step toward a better you by scheduling a free 20-minute call with Maria to discuss your goals and how we can help you achieve them.

At Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, we are dedicated to working one-on-one with clients to build and maintain healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Our 6-month program is designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals in a way that is personalized and sustainable. We begin with an in-depth consultation to assess your current habits and lifestyle, and to identify areas for improvement. From there, we work together to create a realistic plan that will help you achieve your goals.

At Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, we believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and healthy life. That’s why we offer our three-month individualized health and wellness coaching program, designed to help you improve your overall health and vitality. Our program starts with a 60-minute session that allows us to get to know you and your health goals. Over the next three months, we’ll have five 30-minute sessions meeting every other week to keep you motivated and on track. No matter your current health condition, we’re here to help you achieve optimal wellness.

At Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, we understand that staying on track with your health and wellness goals can be challenging. That's why we offer a 45 minute check-in session designed to help you get back on track or stay on track. Our coaching program is personalized to fit your lifestyle and needs, and our certified coaches are here to guide and motivate you every step of the way.
